Who We Are?

The Gingell family (Alex, Jayne and Charlie 12, Olivia 10, Saskia 9, Archie 8 and katya 1) recently moved to Thurston in June 2009 to Grove Farm, Barrells Road. There's been plenty of the children's friends visit Grove Farm either after school or for sleepovers and they all have one thing in common.... None of them want to go home!! Alex, Jayne and Tash have worked hard to provide the kids with an idyllic setting for the children to grow up in.

Boys and girls over the age of 8

WHEN DOES THE CLUB START?

Induction Day 29th May

• Evening After School Club Term Time £20 per session
• 2 Hours Sessions Between 4pm and 6pm Monday and Wednesday
• Holiday Club £40 per day
• Picnic lunches included
• 10am until 3pm

GOOD WEATHER

• All aspects of pony and animal husbandry
• Dressage and jumping demonstrations
• Pond maintenance and Koi Carp feeding
• Suffolk Wildlife Park bird watching, picnics, walks
• Den making
• Outdoor games (Swing ball, trampouline, zip wire, 40:40 in)

RAINY WEATHER

• All aspects of animal husbandry (undercover)
• Table football
• Arts and crafts

ON REQUEST...

• Camping weekends
• Party venue

CHALLENGES FOR 2010 INCLUDE

• Making a raised bed out of barn footings and using a soil/manure mix with irrigation to grow vegetables
• Making a suitable and secure home for chickens where they can graze and roost
• Creating a profitable shop selling manure, eggs, strawberries and blackberries
