Marketing
The tide of business changes almost daily, and you too must change with the ebbs and flows the market throws at you. Big businesses often have a dedicated person, or team whose job it is to be striving for the tomorrow. Every day they build a path for the business to follow. Normally this is the role of the Marketing or Design Director in a successful and forward thinking business. At peak times of activity these departments need extra resources, which is where Fizz Equine Marketing is often called in to assist.
Small businesses (usually below £4million turnover) often cannot fund a team full time, which is where Fizz can offer a supporting role to make it happen.
You need marketing support if you are in any of the following situations:
A change in competitive activity - you feel that the competition is displacing your market position and outside knowledge of marketing could inject new forward thinking ideas.
New product launches - taking the product to market right first time, has a much faster delivery to top line growth. Our team are experienced in point of sale, ad campaigns, PR and websites.
New business direction - You may have the objective, but delivering the campaign will need to be left to the creatives and strategy developers to ensure the whole redirection is delivered on time, correctly and successfully.
Additional growth demanded - New sales growth, new product campaigns and product positioning
We only take on marketing projects we know will not fail. This assessment is begun with a standard SWOT analysis and genuine free 'thinktank' with the business leaders and owners. Until today we have not been able to offer this facility to everyone due to the huge amount of resources it takes up.
2006 Keighley College - following an investment in Fizz, brainstorming sessions and creative design Keighley College, for the first time EVER, over enrolled for the 16-18 year old campaign.
2003 - 2006 Albion Saddlemakers - for a consecutive 3 year run we created a growth campaign which delivered a 25% growth year on year.
